My room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, just like in the pictures. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit and made-to-order eggs. I appreciated the helpful staff who promptly resolved an issue with my room key. I highly recommend Lido By Phoenicia for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved staying at this place! The location is perfect, right in the bustling heart of the city, and we could easily walk to all the main attractions. The service was top-notch, with room service and a variety of amenities available to us including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. We were also impressed with the airport shuttle service and the welcome drink upon arrival. The rooms were fantastic, with ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, and even a mini-bar. We especially enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with sparkling clean rooms and public spaces. The hotel facilities were superb, including a lovely live music show at weekends. The location was perfect, situated on a main street near all the important places. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff, who were always ready to help.
