My room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, just like in the pictures. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit and made-to-order eggs. I appreciated the helpful staff who promptly resolved an issue with my room key. I highly recommend Lido By Phoenicia for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved staying at this place! The location is perfect, right in the bustling heart of the city, and we could easily walk to all the main attractions. The service was top-notch, with room service and a variety of amenities available to us including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. We were also impressed with the airport shuttle service and the welcome drink upon arrival. The rooms were fantastic, with ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, and even a mini-bar. We especially enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with sparkling clean rooms and public spaces. The hotel facilities were superb, including a lovely live music show at weekends. The location was perfect, situated on a main street near all the important places. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff, who were always ready to help.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Wonderful location near the Old Town, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Beautifully renovated hotel with personality and quality touches. Made-to-order coffee machines on each floor near the elevator. Superb and extensive breakfast selection. First-class staff who are attentive and accommodating.

Located in the town center, Hotel Lido offers a convenient and accessible location for exploring the city. Situated by the communist boulevard, it provides a unique historical atmosphere. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just outside the old town, ensuring a peaceful stay.
One negative aspect is that the breakfast service could be improved in terms of speed and communication with the separate business responsible for it.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. The hotel was located close to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. it was within walking distance to the old town, where there were plenty of places to eat and drink. The interior of the hotel was beautifully designed, creating a nice ambiance. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, offering a pleasant stay during my business trip.
The breakfast, which could have been better. The variety and quantity were great, but some of the hot food was cold each day.
